11+ Mock Examinations

Saturday 22 & 29th March and 24 & 31 May 2014

If you want a reliable idea of how well your child is progressing while preparing for the 11+ examination, there is no better way to find out than to compare their performance with that of other children.

About 500 pupils sit the 11+ examination in Plymouth for entrance to one of the boys’ or girls’ Grammar Schools in September of Year 6. The number of places at these schools is limited and about half the pupils who take the test, though able, will not be admitted.

For many parents, investing in private tuition is a sound, wise and crucial step in preparation for the 11+ examination.  However, there is little opportunity for parents to track the progress of their child; and failure to gain a place at Grammar School after months of effort and expense is always a huge disappointment.

11+ Tuition Plymouth is therefore offering parents this opportunity by staging mock examinations for 11+ pupils on two Saturday mornings in March and May 2014 in the Meeting Room at Plymouth Central Library on Saturday 22 & 29th March and 24 & 31 May 2014.
